The surprise desserts are: MoonPies (2 of them) and Cinnamon Caramelized Bananas! YUM!

Am I excited? Yep!  I'm going to make the Rosemary and Dijon Turkey Burger tonight and I will be posting pictures for sure!

Peach Dish has so far impressed me.  The challenge, of course, with a dinner delivery service is keeping cold thing cold through out the shipping process.

Peach Dish has been working on a effective way to refrigerate the items in the box while also being  as environmentally sensitive as possible.
I'm pretty impressed with their results.
This was a well-packed box.  My ice pack that was sealed up with my meats was still ice.  Not completely, about half of it was melted but there was still ice in it.

And in this case, there was no leaking liquid like last time.  I don't know what it was but something had leaked and it was not water (too viscous).  Everything was fine and cold but the packing this time around was definitely more impressive.

Everything is prettily packed in organza bags!  Nothing leaked this time so I can reuse them. Yay!
I can't wait to make dinner!  The ingredients are fresh, the rosemary smells great and the meat is locally sourced, and the turkey is free-range and pastured.  I bet its going to be very tasty. :D
