I managed to "lose" half my photos thanks to Google+ so there are no finished product photos :(

For a review of my first March meal, you can read that post here.

Today's meal was Flat Iron Steak with rustically hand-chopped Chimichurri on a bed of Quinoa.  Also served with Roasted Rutabaga and Carrots with a dessert of Caramelized Cinnamon Bananas.

This meal was amazing!  It's a little more work than the last one I made.  This took 42 minutes to prepare and I'm still amazed at the way the directions manage to get all the food out at the exact right time.  The only issue I had was with the quinoa, I think I let it simmer too low and it doesn't seem like it got cooked all the way.

The flat iron steaks were nice cuts and very flavorful.  The rutabaga was HUGE! And the fresh oregano and parsley were green and healthy. The baby bananas were green when I got them but I put them in a paper bag and they yellowed up nicely enough to use today.
I've never made chimichurri before or even thought of making it.  This was a combination of fresh garlic, shallot, parsley and oregano with the juice of a lime squeezed over it and tossed.  It makes a lot so I have plenty leftover to use for something else.  PeachDish really does send more than enough to make every dish.
The rutabagas and carrots were roasting with olive oil, cumin and some salt while I was preparing everything else.  They smelled fantastic!
This might have been the best part.  Caramelized Bananas with Honey and Cinnamon.  OMG.  SO good!  And so easy!  I've tried to do caramelized bananas before and they were terrible.  These were amazing.  Another keeper recipe from Peach Dish for sure.

VERDICT: I still can't get enough of Peach Dish.  I love their recipes that they select each week.  I love the quality and freshness of their ingredients.  I am particularly happy with how easy it has been to prepare each meal.  I can't resist getting another round.  Every Friday they post their new recipes for the week.  Make your decision by Monday and your dinner will be sent to you within two days!

And, of course, thank you for signing up with my code: kv0ldkLJ and saving both of us money!
