Bulu Box April Review

My Bulu Box arrived today!  I'm alway's happy to see it.  This is my third month and while this month is a little weirder than the last two, I'm still intrigued by what I received.

When you sign up for Bulu Box, you have a choice between a regular Bulu-box and a Weight-loss Bulu Box.  I chose weight-loss because I'm female and for the most part I'm always happy when I lose weight.

Bulu Box is a health and nutrition box. They strive to provide enough product for you to decide if you really like it or not.

The Cost: $10/mo. Use coupon code: BULUGAN669 to get 50% off any length subscription!

What You Get: Each month, you’ll get a custom box filled with a new mix of 4 to 5 premium samples from top brands to try. Every sample is sufficient enough to decide if the product is right for you. Of course, shipping is always free and you can cancel anytime.

Kay's Naturals Honey Almond Cereal- Each serving has 12g of protein.  The protein is derived from soy which makes me sad because I just can't digest soy.  However, DH can eat this.

Shredz Fat Burner- This is what I'm talking about when I say things can get weird in this box.  This product claims it will help you burn fat and "deliver clean energy" so I can get ripped and lean!  Woohoo!!  Yeah. No.  Especially when there's no ingredient list.

Here's the fun bits!

Swirl Tea Peach Flavored Green Tea- Pour this in your water to make it tasty.  Drink.  I use this kind of thing anyway, just to make me drink water.  It works.  Any other benefit is purely incidental.

White Shield-  This is a product you put into your coffee so that it wont stain your teeth.  It also will make your teeth whiter.  They say it is completely flavorless.  I don't think I know how this works but I might try it!

Ridgecrest Thyroid Thrive-  I don't really know if herbs can help your thyroid.  I don't think there's anything wrong with mine.

Rainbow Light PMS Relief-  I think its kind of funny that they put Shredz Fat Burner in the same box as a PMS pill but whatever!  It's basically a big dose of B vitamins.  It says it has lavender oil in it, too, so while I normally would take this just for fun, I probably won't this time.

VERDICT:  This box was a little less fun than the last two boxes.  There were no full size products this time around but they did sent multiples which is nice.  It's a pretty crazy variety which is always a good thing, too. Sadly, it's just not a good box for me.  I will use the Swirl Tea and thats probably it.  I will see if DH wants any of the Shredz.  He might try the teeth whitener, if I talk him into it.
While this was kind of a bummer of a box for me, the subscription as a whole has been great.  The customer service is excellent and with the half off code, I pay only $5 a box!  I have three months left and I'm happy about that.
