Love With Food June 2014 Review

I just got my Love with Food box for June 2014 and I've already managed to open half the items for "testing".  Once again Love with Food has hit it out of the ballpark with their fantastic boxes!

Love with Food is a healthy snack subscription service that specializes in new, fun, organic and natural goodies.  Snacks are either organic or all-natural, GMO-free, gluten-free or free of artificial junk.

The Cost: $10/month

What You Get: At least 8 delicious, natural or organic snacks delivered right to your door.

First Look!  The theme for this months box is "Take me out to the Ballgame".  This box is PACKED with snacks!

I had known the spoilers but they never share the whole contents of the box so most of this was a surprise.  A big, tasty surprise!

There is the requisite eight snacks and they look deeeelicious!  I absolutely love the variety I find in each box.  There truly is something for everyone in each box.  Or everything for one... :D

Snikiddy Baked Fries in Cheddar Cheese-  If you recall Pic-nik sticks, these are remarkably similar.  They are super skinny and very crunchy.  I'm  not a fan of the cheese flavor but I do love the crunch.

Dolcetto Petites Chocolate Cookies- All Natural pillow shaped cookies with a chocolate filling.  I wasn't going to open these yet but then I figured I should give you an idea of how they taste.  These are so tasty!  Very chocolatey and I love the crunchy outside.  The packages suggests putting them on ice cream or freezing them along with several other eating ideas.  Freezing them sounds intriguing so I might try it.  Yum!

YumEarth Organics Fruit Snacks-  These were really good.  Yes, I ate them all.  There was about ten gummies and I liked pineapple the best.  Yes, I like fruit snacks even at my age.  These are certified organic by the USDA and certified by me as being totally tasty.

G.H. Cretors Popped Corn in Chicago Mix-  Let me just say one thing... AMAZING! Umm, I already ate the whole bag.  I couldn't stop it was that good. SO good that after I finish this post I'm going to figure out how to buy more.  This is a really weird combo of cheese popcorn and caramel corn and the tastiness of it still cannot be denied.  I hate caramel corn but this stuff practically melts in your mouth.  I can't believe its all natural! Need.moar.

Stoneridge Orchard Montmorency Cherries-  Whole, dried tart cherries.  If I wasn't so full now, I would try these.  I'm sure they are delicious!  The cherries were grown and packed in the USA and are pure and natural.  No preservatives, HFCS, sulfites, artificial colors or flavors.

TreeHugger Bubble Gum-  I was bummed there was only one.  A yellow one.  Ew. Yellow is always gross.  This is also all natural chewing gum.  I was not too impressed.  It's super chewy but the flavor is... really strange and doesn't last long.

The Cookie Department Snap Back (ginger detox cookie)-  This is a good sized cookie that is all natural and made with real ginger, cayenne and blackstrap molasses.  Molasses cookies are one of my favorites so I can't wait to try this!

Jolly Oak Good For You Granola in Almond Butter and Jelly- This is almost 2oz of granola!  What a great size sample.  This has Oats, Almonds, dried strawberries, cranberries, raisins and flaxseed in it along with some brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.  Sounds good to me!

VERDICT: I think I say this every time.  Love With Food is the best snack subscription out there!  It's better than the treat subscriptions for sure.  It's got so much variety in every box.  I never see the same thing twice (although sometimes I wouldn't mind- send me more of that Chicago corn!) and I'm always impressed that they manage to find all these natural snacks!  They also have a Deluxe Box with double the snacks for those of you with big families.  Double the snacks plus some extras tossed in.

If you would like to sign up for Love with Food,  the cost is $10/month (or less if you sign up for longer).  If you want to get the Deluxe Box, the cost is $17/month.  I really do highly recommend this subscription.  I have never received a box I didn't like and that's saying something!

  1. You? Caramel popcorn???? WHAT? XD Haha, I think I've seen bags of those at my local Safeway and Target so you should definitely check out those places.

And wow, this month's box looks pretty awesome, especially those cherries and fruit snacks... almost makes me sad that I missed out. XD
