Popsugar Must Have January 2015 Review

If I could only pick one subscription box to keep, I think I would choose the Popsugar. The January 2015 Popsugar Must Have box is just as fun as the rest have been.  It's different from most of my beauty subscriptions in that these are not samples. Popsugar sends full size, fun lifestyle products and you can get everything from candles and photo frames to Too Faced Eyeshadow palettes and Tilo Scarves.
There's always something fun and interesting and totally new to me in every box.  This time it's a cup that I am way too excited about!

The Cost: $39.99/month

What You Get: Full size, premium products dealing with Home, Fashion, Fitness, Beauty and Food!

Jack+Lucy Pom Pom Hat- A heather-gray knit cap with a faux fur, fuzzy pom pom.  This hat is huge.  Too huge for my tiny head, I look like I'm wearing one of those old fashioned stocking caps.
Value: $32
ToGoSpa Ice Water Eyes- Each silky application is infused with a combination of natural high-density marine collagen, enzymes, amino acids, natural marine minerals, trace elements, proteins and vitamins.
Totally using these.  I'm debating ripping a pack open and trying them right now.
Value: $12.50
Skin Jewel Tattoos in Empire-Skin Jewel Tattoos unite the simplicity of a temporary tattoo with amazing and original designs to create ephemeral jewels so easy to apply and remove.
I think I may be too old for this kind of thing but I might save these and whip them out for Halloween or New Years or something.  They are tempting, though.
Value: $18
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream- A potent, super-emollient cream with a spectacular whipped, non-greasy texture for smooth skin.
I have so many moisturizers so this will be swapped but it's a great brand and a good addition to a Winter box.
Value: $28

manduka eQua Yoga Hand Towel -Super-absorbent and quick drying, the eQua Hand Towel is the perfect accessory for any yogi or fitness guru who likes to work up a sweat.
This is a pretty big towel 16" x 26" and perfect for stuffing in a small place when you need it quick.  I like to take these things with me when I travel because they inevitably come in handy.
Value: $16
Nature Valley Protein Granola-Nature Valley® Peanut Butter ‘n Dark Chocolate Crunchy Protein Granola features clusters of whole grain oats, dark chocolate pieces and a touch of peanut butter for a simple way to add protein throughout your day.
I'm not a big granola nommer but I'm not going to say no to peanut butter and chocolate.
Value: $3.68

KeepCup Brew 12oz- Ahhh!! My favorite thing! And it's pink!  It's also glass which I wasn't expecting but that makes it even better! It has a tab that you can plug over the sipping hole to make sure there's no spills and a rubber grip to keep you from burning your hand.  This is going to pretty much immediate use.  As soon as I'm done with this post, I'm running downstairs to rinse it out and put tea in it.
Value: $26

VERDICT:  The KeepCup made this box for me.  I'm embarrassingly excited about it.  I drink tea constantly throughout the day and this will be used so much!  I'm so glad it has a lid- less mess when I accidentally knock it over.  Love the towel and the eye patches.  The hat and the FAB cream will be swapped and the granola will be eaten.
This box is worth around $100 and was totally worth it, in my opinion.

You will get this exact box if you sign up before the end of January (and if supplies last). Use code REFER5 to get $5 off your first month! **Update** Good til 1/16, use code SAVE50 to get 50% off!

  2. I love KeepCup. I have two of them, but they're the older style. I'm going to buy one of the glass ones that came in the box, they're so cute!

    1. So they aren't all glass then? I definitely prefer the glass but was not expecting it in the slightest.

    1. Usually the MySubscriptionAddicition swap site (it might be on a waitlist, though) or on Facebook.

  4. I'd die before I'd wear those gaudy tattoos, but even for those adventurous ladies who would have fun with them, uh, in January? Seems better for a time of year when some skin can show. Now the pom pom hat, cute! I'd wear that all the time in winter.

    1. You are right, it *is* a weird thing for a January box! I don't get why they are so popular right now either. Maybe I'm the wrong age group...
