Popsugar Must Have February 2015 Review and Coupon Code

I love the curation of the Popsugar Must Have box for February 2015! Really love it!  I feel like Popsugar has just had the best run of boxes lately.  At least for me, I've been so happy with the box contents the last few months, I can hardly stand it!  This is one of my favorite subs and THE favorite for boxes over $25 for sure.
Every time I see this box on my porch I get excited.  It's a nice big box all the time, too.  It weighs a couple pounds the majority of the time and it's by far the most substantial monthly box I get.  I have to qualify that with "monthly" because Fab Fit Fun is a big box and so is Oui Please.
This box is every single month and I *love* it! I was expecting something fun in the February box to celebrate Valentines Day and they did a great job.  A nod to the holiday but not so focused that you can't use anything after the big day.

The Cost: $39.95

What You Get: Full size, premium products dealing with Home, Fashion, Fitness, Beauty and Food!

Acme Party Box Company Bamboo Heart Shaped Cutting Board and Cheese Knife- Well, I don't really like hearts but I can always use a cutting board.  This came packaged in a burlap drawstring sack which I think is pretty great.  I do wish it didn't have Acme written on it... That's annoying but at least the other side doesn't have it.  The knife is... well, I can't tell if it's cheap or if it's supposed to separate into two pieces like that.  Anyone know why the blade comes off the handle? Is it for cleaning?
Value: $32
BaubleBar Mini Arrow Pendant Necklace- You can get either gold or silver and I got silver.  I'm glad and that's what I've marked in my profile as well.  So they must pay attention.  This is very small and dainty, the arrow is maybe an inch long.  It has little rhinestones on it for a tiny sparkle, too.  I like it because it's so dainty and pretty but I haven't decided if an arrow is something I'll wear or not.  Hm...
I probably should branch out a little.
Value: $32
Tarte Cosmetics Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush- Eeee!! I've been wanting this for AGES!  Tarte does appear in subscription boxes but I've yet to get this blush.  The color is True Love (very Valentine appropriate, wouldn't you say?) which is also labeled as a watermelon color.  I like it a lot and I'll definitely use this.
Value: $26
Sally Beauty FingerPaints Nail Color in Romanticism Ruby- This is a BEAUTIFUL color!  And what a formula! One coat looks great, two look amazing.  This picture doesn't show the shimmer sadly. It's such a gorgeous cherry red.  I absolutely love it and now I'm thinking I need more colors, the formula is so nice.
Value: $5.50
Figs and Rouge Wild Cherry 100% Natural Lip Balm- I didn't even know Figs and Rouge made lip balm.  I'm only aware of their hand cream but this is a super cute tin.  I don't like potted lip balm much but this is a fairly large size so I can run the pad of my finger over it without getting any under my fingernails (which I hate).  Plus... cherry... My favorite :)
Value: $8
Chuao Ravishing rocky Road All Natural Chocolate Bar- This is made with salted, caramelized almonds and marshmallows in milk chocolate. Um... Yum... I like Chuao to begin with and this chocolate...  I don't want to share.
Value: $6

U.S. Apothecary Rose Water Bubble Bath- Crafted with natural plant extracts and soothing botanicals, this bubble bath is scented lightly with organic rose water and fragrance oil. I don't take baths but my MIL does so this will be part of her Mother's Day gift.  Honestly, it's another reason I like Popsugar so much.  Even when I don't like something, it's still good enough to be able to give as a gift (or part of a gift).  Oddly, this appears to be by K.Hall who has appeared several times in Popsugar before as soap and hand lotion.
Value: $30

VERDICT: Love it, of course.  This Popsugar Must Have box was worth over $100 and had some fun, seasonal and good gifting items in it for me.  Love the Tarte blush the most, I think, just because I've been wanting one for so long.  Of course I'll use the lip balm and nail polish (already did!) and the necklace has really grown on me.  The chocolate *cough* might be gone already *cough*.  The cheese board miiight become a housewarming gift but I might end up keeping it for myself because why not...  The Rose Water Bubble Bath will be a gift.  I'm already looking forward to what might be in March's box, too!

If you'd like to sign up for Popsugar, the February box is technically sold out.  However, if you check the little 'Waitlist' box, it's possible you can get moved up and get this February box.  They are already moving people off the waitlist and I think you've a good chance.  If not, you'll start with March!

  1. OBSESSED with the box this month. I love the cutting board, although I haven't really messed with the knife to notice that it comes apart or if it's supposed to at all lol...I did look on the ACME Party Box Co website and it seems like they offer a different knife- it ends up costing like $42 or something on their site for the set of 2, but it's valued less expensive through PopSugar...so maybe they just got generic knives to go with the cutting boards? Who knows!

    1. Yeah, it looks like it could come apart but I don't want to wreck it messing around! Haha! I didn't realize there would be so many color variations. I was just thinking there would be a red and a pink but apparently not. I was totally wanting the pink you got until I got mine and realized not all reds were fire engine colored :D
I'm also glad the Tarte color worked so well for me! It'll take me ten years to use it all but I'm glad we got it :D
