Jouer Le Matchbox Summer Spoiler and Coupon Code!

Jouer Le Matchbox released a spoiler today via email! The Jouer Le Matchbox is a curated box of Jouer cosmetics tailored to either a cool or warm skintone. When you purchase the Le Matchbox subscription, you will fill out a short profile that determines which skintone you have. The colors in your box will be adjusted accordingly.

The cost is $45/quarter and the value far exceeds that. The last box was amazing and I use the Daily Repair Treatment Oil that I received regularly.

Here is the spoiler:

Everyone will receive a Lip Sheer SPF 15 in one of two brand new colors! The color of the photo is an old color but we will receive not-yet-released shades! One is Tulum (pink and vibrant - for cool tones) and the other is Lanai (coral and beachy- for warm tones).

I'm excited about this because "pink and vibrant" sounds good to me and I love the fact that it has SPF.

    1. I've been so happy with what we received in the last box and I'm DYING to get this one. I just got my charge notice today and they said they'd be shipping this week, too. I really like that we get the NEW stuff, not old stock or the colors that don't sell, etc. I love it when my links get used, thank you! :)

  2. Is this company based in France??? I tried to sign up for over 30 minutes. Most convoluted series of outdated Java applets I've encountered in over a decade. I THINK I got signed up for a box, cool tones, anti-aging, but I really am NOT sure. I think you are right in telling people to sign up for an account first, but also to add that it's a tedious process. I kept getting this little clock going around. I have a feeling I'll be charged for 2 boxes. It just wasn't right. This acted more like a Korean beauty product site, to be honest. You know how badly they load and transition sometimes. Oh, well, I gave it my best shot, and I tried very very hard to use your link. I'm not sure the site will even accept any browser except IE and with all AV and security settings off. I finally turned to IE in exasperation. It was not fun. I hope these boxes are really great LOL. :)

    1. No worries! It's not a referral link, just a regular one but I appreciate the thought! Im pretty sure they're a US company but I agree that their website has some loose ends.
      I emailed them about my issue with not being asked for an email when I checked out and they did fix it and connected my account with my subscription. They just never sent me an email response which was weird. Maybe it went to junk mail.
      I used a desktop and the main issue was the clock when I was checking out. Hopefully you didn't get charged for two. Maybe you should check your card for pending charges, just in case.

      As a side note, I just noticed that it says the value of the box will be $150. I can't wait!

    1. If I could solve those problems I'd be rich!! I tend to be the same way, though. I'm cool toned but baby pinks wash me right out and I look like I get no sleep. Corals just make me look red and blotchy. Coral lipstick makes my teeth look yellow. :\ I stay away from Corals.

      Some of my Jouer emails go to my Spam folder and some don't. I have NO idea why there is a distinction but you could check there and see. It was a really tiny blurb at the bottom of the email so it's possible you glanced at it and didn't see it.

  5. They haven't sent me an email after I joined yesterday. No charge to my card. NOTHING.
    I don't know what to do but if this company is as ill- run as it seems to be when I'm giving them my complete financial info and address, phone, etc., then I am feeling ripped off from the very start.
    I don't know WHAT to do!!!

  6. Oh, I called also. I got a person on the line, told them ALL about my issues, then it turns out that she is the " receptionist". So, no, their CS hasn't responded to me. I left my number. Ask me if I am holding my breath for a call back.. I remember when Glossybox had the really nice boxes but horrible CS. This is worse than Glossybox at start up, because I want this more, LOL.

  7. OK,for those who want to SIGN UP with an account to Jour, and then order the Summer Le Matchbox box, I have received email confirmation that there ARE problems with their website. They are taking new orders at the following number:310-312-0500 ext. 106 . The agent I spoke to is Olivia, and she's very nice and helpful. My order has shipped for the Summer box. This only applies to new members, not those with existing subscriptions.
    I hope this helps someone else. :)

    1. Thank you for mentioning that because I wasn't sure if it had been fixed or not. This answers that question.
      I haven't received any shipping confirmation but I'm SO happy to hear yours is on the way! I have some pretty good guesses as to what might be in there and I'm dying to know for sure. :D

  8. Thank you, Sarah. I hope the phone number helps others sign up. Also, there is a box that a person can check which says " Send last box". Meaning the Spring box.. I'm tempted to get both. :)
