The Cost: $35/month
What You Get: It may include anything from books to candles, natural minerals and crystals, aromatic herbs, music, tea, motivational cards, physical aids, and much more!
Value: $10.95
Moleskine Cahier Pocket Journal- A lined black pocket notebook for you to write your happy thoughts in. Or clear your mind by writing things that you can't get out of your head. Surprisingly, that actually does help your brain move on to other things. Like ice cream and sunshine. :D They also included a sharpened pencil so you can get right down to writing! The attention to details is pretty awesome. And I love booklets of this kind. It will absolutely be put to good use.
Value: $2
Yogi Calming Tea- Unwind with lemongrass and chamomile. I love tea and there's a very generous four teabags, too, which is awesome. I think I should go brew some up right now.
Mindfulness Cards- I have to admit that I'm not the most "spiritual" of people, at least when it comes to this kind of thing. These cards encourage you to Listen, Breathe, Remember and Visualize in order to encourage peace in your mind and body. I think it's nice to do these kinds of thing floating in the water on a raft with your eyes closed and the sun on your face. Of course, it's pretty hard not to be happy and relaxed in that situation so...
Candle- A scentless candle for helping you focus. I have to admit, there is something about watching fire that is like no other thing on earth.
PureBar Organic Chocolate Bar- An all natural, vegan, gluten free snack bar. Perfect on the go.
Gemstones- These are polished stones which some people believe to have individual meanings and properties. I just love to touch them. They're so soft and they clink so nicely in my hand. I got amethyst (balance), Sodalite (creativity), Jasper (strength) and some others.
Necklace- This is in the same category as the gemstones and candle- Mindfulness Aids. Use this necklace to help you focus in your meditation. It's also very nicely made. I love the smoothness of the stone face in contrast with the rough texture of the rope.
VERDICT: Calmbox is geared toward those who love to meditate, find inner peace and are interested in yoga and Zen meditation and togetherness of mind and body. Everything included is very practical and easy to put into use. I really appreciated the attention to detail in this box. Plus who doesn't need a little more happiness in their life?! I'm off to go practice the "Visualize" card now.

I really need a box like this. I get inside my head way too much and need things like this to help me relax. I just wish it was a little bit less expensive.
