Buddhibox August 2015 Unboxing and Review plus Coupon Code

I think the August 2015 box is my favorite Buddhibox yet! Each box contains items to enrich your life, body, mind and soul. BuddhiBox is committed to sending ethically sourced, cruelty-free products created with intention. They work only with organizations and businesses that follow ethical and eco-conscious practices. BuddhiBox also strives to send organic and vegetarian items when at all possible.

The Cost: $30.95/month

What You Get: Each month, delivered straight to your mailbox, you will receive a mix of 4-6 samples and full size products all dedicated to pure and mindful living.

Chopra Center Satwa Sandalwood Incense- Sandalwood, one of the most beloved and sacred scents in Indian culture, has peaceful, soothing effect that makes it the perfect tool to calm the mind during meditation and yoga. This is like heaven to me. I love this scent. About ten years ago a friend brought me a candle back from Israel. It smelled so amazing and I searched for ages for the scent. I never thought of sandalwood. I was sniffing frankincense and myrrh and whatever else that seemed like it could come from there. But no. THIS is that scent. Sandalwood!
Value: $7.99

My Mat My Mantra Magnet- "Get your buddhi on the mat." I think this is to put on the fridge in case you're thinking of eating something you shouldn't. At least that's what I'm doing with it.
Value: $9.95
Wellsmith Scented Shea Butter- This is straight shea butter with an oil added. Mine is Almond and I *love* it! Shea butter alone needs a little massaging to soak in but it's intensely hydrating.
Value: $7.50

Chopra Center Meditation Downloads- Three free meditation downloads of your choice from the Oprah and Deepak 21-Day Meditation Experience.
Marley Coffee Organic Ethiopian Yergacheffe Ground Coffee-One love, one heart, 100% Ethiopoa Yirgacheffe, from the birthplace of coffee, exotic floral and berry notes tantalize your palate. This is roasted in the USA, made from Arabica beans and is certified organic. It's also a nice coffee. Not too acidic, easy to drink black but extra tasty with milk and/or Baileys.... ;)
Value: $8
Jesse & Co Lotus Necklace- This dainty necklace is a lotus flower made from recycled pewter! It's so pretty! I really like it. And it's basically silver- my favorite.
Value: $30

Every Buddhibox comes with a Yoga Pose Flashcard. This month it's the Lotus Pose. I'm getting quite a collection! They're nice sturdy cards, too.

VERDICT: I really loved this box. It has a little of everything. A little jewelry, beauty, food, ayurveda and accessories. I'm especially happy with the incense although the necklace is so lovely, too. Oh, I just like it all! And I'm not even a yoga expert!

Also, every month Buddhibox donates a portion of it's proceeds to a charitable foundation. This month it's GLOW. GLOW distributes solar solutions to impoverished communities around the world, which are otherwise relying on kerosene-fueled lanterns. We see each solar donation as a foundation for which recipients have the opportunity to build upon through their own hard work and responsibility thereafter. You can read more about GLOW here.

If you would like to sign up for BuddhiBox and get a little yoga-focused, organic goodness each month, you can sign up right here. Use code YOGAEVERYDAMNDAY for 10% off your first box!
