Dottiebox December 2015 Review and Unboxing

Dottiebox is a subscription that sends well-curated boxes of handmade products featuring small businesses and indie brands. I find that of all the boxes featuring these kinds of products, Dottiebox tends to suit me the best.
Included (along with a lot of coupons) is a information card detailing what is in the box along with the name of the person who packed your box. I think it's fun to wonder who Carly is. Haha!

The Cost: $20/month plus shipping or one-time purchase $22 plus shipping.

What You Get: You will receive 4-6 high quality handmade items from small businesses and indie brands. You can expect to get home and beauty products, jewelry, edibles and many other types of goodies.

Uncommon Scents Candle Tin in Santa's Breath- A super cinnamony scent! Ooo, alliteration! I love the scent so it's definitely going to be burning soon. I like Uncommon Scents (their Pumpkin Souffle is amaaazing!).
Value: $9
APrintPalette Print in "Home Sweet Home"- I have really been enjoying getting prints in my subscription boxes. I'm trying to make sure they all get framed and hung. This one is perfect!
Value: $10
Living Life Crafty- This Etsy shop is already in my Favorites list. I love her style. This is a burlap banner with Christmas fabric hearts. I haven't figured out where I'm going to put it yet but it's too cute not to use.
Value: $15
Lovely Fleur Earrings- These are large, vintage style earrings with hooks. I don't usually wear big earrings but I'm going to have to experiment with these. They're pretty and not gaudy.
Value: $17

VERDICT: This box was perfect for me. I love how Dottiebox always gives a sneak peek by announcing the shops that will be featured in the box. When I saw who was going to be in it, I knew I had to get one. Lucky for me, they went on sale over Thanksgiving weekend so I didn't try to resist much. There were also a bunch of coupons in the box for each of the companies represented.

If you would like to sign up for Dottiebox, you can do that here. This box is still available! You also can just make a one time purchase without a subscription. I love that they do it that way. It saves the hassle of cancelling and resubscribing.
