Buddhibox Yoga Lifestyle Subscription Box January 2016 Review and Coupon Code

Buddhibox is a subscription box for yoga enthusiasts. It's pretty much guaranteed that you'll find something to help and encourage you with your daily activities. Each box contains items to enrich your life, body, mind and soul. Not only that but BuddhiBox is committed to sending ethically sourced, cruelty-free products. They work only with organizations and businesses that follow ethical and eco-conscious practices and strives to send organic and vegetarian items when at all possible.
Every month, Buddhibox donates a portion of their proceeds to a new charity or non-profit organization. January's donations will go to Second Chance Dog Rescue in San Diego. Second Chance rescues, rehabilitates and re-home dogs from local shelters and Baja California.

The Cost: $32.95/month

What You Get: Each month, delivered straight to your mailbox, you will receive a mix of 4-6 samples and full size products all dedicated to pure and mindful living.

Levals Anahata Bracelet- This beaded bracelet is made with green adventurine for creativity, lepidolite for self-love and patience and rudraksha tree for attracting harmony and health. Whether you ascribe value to crystals or not, this is a simple, pretty piece.
Value: $21
North Detail Everyday Tote- A lightweight cotton tote for holding your yoga essentials, groceries or whatever else you choose to toss in it.
Value: $14
Hemp Nation Kiwi Mango Body Wash- This body wash is made with 100% pure hemp seed oil and pomagranate extract. It smells wonderful! It's paraben free, too.
Value:
Mandala Publishing Journal: Ganesh- This is a hardcover, leatherette journal (meaning it's not leather but it looks like it). It has a back pocket, is lined and is made with acid free paper with endpaper illustrations. The cover imprint is gorgeous!
Value: $18.95
Co-Pur Lavender Lime Body Balm- This is a balm for dry, cracked feet and elbows made with essential oils, coconut oil, shea butter and beeswax. I love this kind of thing so I'm disappointed to see lavender in it. Lavender is very heavily featured in natural products so I don't get to use very many of them.
Value: $15

There was also a packet of Herbal Zap Immune support powder and the usual yoga pose flash card. The cards are printed on heavy stock and can be easily collected and used to create a new pose combination every day.

VERDICT: First, I love the new box! It's so official. The Ganesh journal I received is the highlight of the box with it's beautiful design and attention to detail. The Levals bracelet is a close second. I just love the color. The value this month is quite high and I appreciate the uniqueness of the contents. While I do feel like I'm overflowing with totes from subscription boxes, this one has one of the best quotes.

If you'd like to sign up for Buddhibox, you can do that here. You can try using code YOGAEVERYDAMNDAY for 10% off but it may have expired with the new year.

  1. Why is the girl on the card dressed for a battle, though? :)
