Kloverbox February 2016 Subscription Box Review and Coupon Code

Kloverbox is an eco-friendly subscription that sends some of the best natural, organic and/or sustainable product every month. I've discovered some great skincare brands and have incorporated some of the home goods I've received into my everyday life.

The Cost: $25/month

What You Get: Receive premium products to sample from top brands and hand-picked by health conscious curators in beauty, health, nutrition and home categories.

Small Keys "Be my Valentine" Handmade Soap- A gorgeous soap made with dark chocolate, essential oils and two different kinds of clay. It's made in North Carolina and it smells divine! I'll be using this right away. I love getting handmade soaps.
Value: $5
Balanced Guru "Hug Me" Body Butter- This is a full size product and I believe was the one that was supposed to go in the December box but the labels weren't ready. I liked the replacement product and while I don't use body butter much, this one has ingredients like coconut oil, cocoa butter, babassu oil and spearmint. I love peppermint/spearmint scented products.
Value: $20

Q.C. Naturals Karan's Cleanser- This is an interesting full size product. It's a facial cleanser made with rose water, glycerin (moisturizer) and two kinds of essential oil- Frankincense and geranium. They're both natural antiseptics. I think that I don't really trust this to clean my face but I would use it as a toner after washing off my makeup. Mainly because of the glycerin being moisturizing.
Value: $16.50
Theo Chocolate Cinnamon Love Crunch- Theo is a chocolatier here in Seattle so we see it a lot but for those who live farther away, this is a delicious and fun treat. It's dark chocolate which means I'm all over it. It's got crunchy bits and some heat from cayenne in it. And it's very, very tasty.
Value: $4

VERDICT: For the kind of box Kloverbox is, it always has an excellent value. In my experience, most boxes with natural and/or eco-friendly bents, tend to be worth right around what you pay for them and include mostly samples. I haven't tried them all, of course, but Kloverbox is ahead of the pack for me. There are consistently full size products and the value is regularly around double the cost of the box. Plus part of the fun is being introduced to new brands. With that said, while the box feels a little light, the value is about $45. Plus I love the inclusion of chocolate for a Valentine's box.
