Parrot Design Studio Notepads– I adore lists. I love lists. I make lists by the dozen. Lists ground me and push me in the right direction when I want to get sidetracked. Plus there is something ultimately satisfying about crossing each item off. I think that’s really why I make them… for that happiness that comes when something gets marked off.
These are adorable pads and I especially love the “Don’t Quit Your Daydream” message. Alright, I won’t!
These are designed by Sarah Parrot (what an excellent first name she has– it’s definitely one of the best!) in her letterpress studio in Maine. You can also get greeting cards and other eco-friendly papergoods online at her shop.

Make it Happen” by Lara Casey– Lara is an editor for a magazine company and is also an inspirational speaker. This is a faith-based book which might not appeal to everyone but I enjoyed it. It’s sort of self-help and sort of memoir. I enjoyed it and found it encouraging. It’s a pretty quick read, not too intense and offers some time management tips along with stories of the hard decisions she had to make in order to save her marriage and survive as a perfectionist struggling to work, be a perfect mom and stop being so hard on herself. There’s definitely a message of hope.

Make It Happen is the story of how I surrendered my fear, took the leap, and got a life. In my case, a perfectly imperfect, fulfilling life as a mama, a working woman, and a grateful wife. This is the story of how I chose to make “it”―a greater purpose than mine―happen, and how you can too.
Make It Happen is for
women who find themselves worried, anxious, and completely overwhelmed by the constant chase for perfection
those seeking the courage to jump into a new venture
working women who are struggling to “do it all”
weary wives and moms looking for relief from burning the candle at both ends
anyone who dreams of a life lived not by accident, but on purpose
Your time has come to take a leap of faith. Join me as we surrender our fears, end the chase for perfection, and say yes to cultivating the meaningful lives God desires for us.
You know all those things you’ve always wanted to do?

Levant Corner Store Whoopie Pies– O.m.g. To die for. I ate the Plain Jane one already. I was horrified that I did so because these are huge but it was so good I just couldn’t stop. I tried. Now the peanut butter one is calling to me. Must resist. At least for one more day. These are the best whoopie pies in Maine by popular vote.

The Bangle Bear Silver Cuff– This business is owned by two sisters who love cute and affordable jewelry and decided to make their own. This particular bracelet is designed to hold a hair tie which is fun and useful. I always have a hair tie on my person or in my purse. Can’t life without them.

This is a little big on me but since it’s a cuff I’m just going to adjust it to the right size. Yay!
Value: $15

LG Design Water Bottle Decal– Drink up! Getting at least 64oz of water a day is ideal. This way you can keep track. Now my problem is… which water bottle to put it on!

Passion Planner 2016 Undated Planner– I am seriously in love with this. I love it because it’s undated because I tend to leave a planner then come back to it. This is SO perfect! There’s all the room for all kinds of list making.
In the front it has a goal making exercise and then instructions on how to put everything to good use. The first section is a monthly one and it includes a Monthly Reflections section where you answer questions like “How do you feel about this last month? What were your 3 biggest successes? What are you grateful for? and What can you improve on next month?” Then the planner is broken down by weeks with hours listed, a place on each page for notes and thoughts. The back has lined pages and graph pages, too.

Limited Edition Signed Art Print by Cynthia Bogart–  The title of this art print is “You are Your Fiercest Warrior.” I love getting art in boxes. I’ve always loved supporting artists, especially at farmers markets and small art shows. This is a 5 x 7 watercolor gicle print and is the Queen of Clubs in Cynthia’s soon-to-be-released collectible playing card collection. I just need to frame it. The etsy shop also has some pillow covers in patterns I really like.

VERDICT: Honestly? This box did just what it was supposed to do. I had a great time opening it and discovering each item. It made me think about some of the things I’ve been putting off and encouraged me to just get out there and do it. Not only that, I’m reminded that I need to be drinking my water like I used to and along with that get my buttcheeks to the gym more often. Plus, give me all the list-making utensils and I will use them. And of course my sweet tooth is pretty happy right now

The message behind it is fabulous. It’s not inexpensive but the value is good at $103 and I love the contents. I also appreciate knowing that this box is doing everything it can to support and encourage women in the business environment along with each subscriber that receives it. Everything from the boxes, the stamps, the packing and string– everything is sourced from women owned businesses and I can absolutely get behind that.
