Every month Buddhibox chooses a charity to donate a portion of the monthly sales. This month it's the Purple Dot Project. This non profit organization focuses on raising awareness of domestic and relationship abuse and supporting those who have been affected by it with yoga practice and philosophies.

NamasBar in Almond Cocoa- This is pretty tasty! It's organic, vegan, non GMO and gluten free. It's made with pea protein and it actually tastes chocolatey for once. I mean, a lot of these bars don't taste like chocolate even when they say chocolate in the name.

Blend Bee "Calm My Dosha" Tea Blend- This isn't actually tea since there's no tea in it but it's packed with all the spices and herbs I love. This rich & spicy Ayurvedic blend works for all three Doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha).  Formulated with organic spices & herbs, this blend will entice all your senses. Yummmm!

Contents:Fennel seed, Peppermint, Marshmallow root, Ginger, Cardamom, Licorice root, Gotu Kola, Peppercorn, Ashwagandha root.

Wellness by Helen Ayurvedic Herbal Face Cleanser-  Apply it mixed with water for a facial cleanser or make it a mask by stirring in some yogurt, milk, honey or avocado. The ingredients are: Manjista, Red Sandalwood, Orange Peel, Neem, Besan. If you have sensitive skin, start slow. Neem and sandalwood can be irritating. And as a side note, not everything is absorbed from your skin into your bloodstream as this description on the website reads. The reason we have skin is so that very thing doesn't happen. It's not called a skin barrier for no reason.

NeeluKaur Ayurvedic Oil Blend- This is a blend of Bergamot, Natural Vanilla, Rosewood, Patchouli, Mandarin, Amyris, Rose and Jojoba oils. It smells wonderful! You're supposed to use it on your wrists and behind your ears or anywhere in order to smell divine.

Value: $30

SkinYoga Ayurvedic Coffee Scrub- This sounds like a great exfoliating scrub. Coffee is packed with antioxidants, too. As for the other claims it makes about reducing cellulite, that's not how it works. Caffeine is not going to change the structure of your skin. But boy, do I wish it would!

VERDICT: This is a well-rounded Buddhibox! Everything from snacks, to scrubs, oils and drinks give this box full points for variety. I also love seeing full sizes along with deluxe samples, as well.

The value is there and it's a fun subscription because you really won't find the products inside anywhere else. It's always a little adventure for me to open because of that. It could be anything inside!
