Something Snacks sends a themed box of sweet and savory snacks every month. This review is for the September "Honey" box. It's a little late because of all the moving chores I'm swamped with, though. I like Something Snacks because I know there will always be something crunchy and delicious as well as something more on the dessert spectrum. And while there may be one or two "healthy" type items, for the most part its tasty, satisfying goodness.
The Cost: $13/month
What You Get: Each box will contain 7 new and tasty, hand selected snacks. You can expect something familiar and something more out of the ordinary.
Go Organic Hard Candies in Honey Lemon- I actually think these candies are too sweet. I never would have thought that could be the case but somehow these hit that mark.
Marienka Classic Honey Snack- This is a snack from the Czech Republic. I was hoping I'd like it more than I did but it's definitely edible.
Chex Mix Honey Nut- Everyone loves Chex Mix! I haven't had this version and I think I'm going to take it on the plane with me when we head to New Zealand.
Kettle Honey Dijon Potato Chips- I don't really care for this flavor but my husband does so I put them on his desk for later.
VERDICT: I think the theme was a great choice! While I didn't like all the snacks there were enough tasty things to make it worth it. Plus, usually when I don't like something, my husband does so most things never go to waste.
