The Cost: $44.95/month

Natural Fitness Hemp Sling Strap- Perfect for beginners and pros alike, this strap will help you make the most of your poses no matter how difficult they may be. Use it for stretching and improving your flexibility. I'm going to use it for stretching. I've started lifting weights and stretching is imperative.
Value: $11
Good Medicine Lab I'm Peaceful Antidote for Anxiety- Bath salts that don't have lavender!? Be still my heart! These are made with the pure essential oils and attars of frankincense, amber and myrrh! I rarely get to use bath salts because lavender is the most popular thing in the universe to put in them. And my allergy to real lavender gets in the way. Asphixiation is not key to relaxing. But this I can use!! I think I'll take it with me to Amsterdam. I might need to relax after a crazy New Years Eve! :D
Value: $12
Seeds of Intention Cards- These cards are designed to inspire you each day. Contemplate, aspire, encourage and test your limits depending on which card you choose for the day. It's a fun way to do positive thinking and practice cognitive behavioral therapy. It's good for everyone!
Value: $15
4th & Heart Ghee Butter in Madagascar Vanilla- Ghee is clarified butter. It's basically melted until the milk solids separate and can be drawn off. What you're left with is golden liquid that can be used in place of butter or certain oils when frying. It has a higher smokepoint than regular butter. With a Vanilla flavored ghee, I would use it to make pancakes or french toast. Or maybe in place of oil in brownies... It looks like lots of people use it to make coffee. That doesn't really appeal to me.
Value: $12
Frisky Fish Winter Solstice Kit- This was so adorably packaged I hated to open it but I couldn't resist finding out what was inside! Pretty paper wrapped with a citrine on a string revealed a small box with a palo santo stick and a blend of essential oils called Fresh. It's a lemon and lavender blend which (crushingly!!) means I can't use it. Dratted lavender. /sigh I did open it to take a tiny sniff and it is marvelous.
Value: $24
St. Tropica Organic Coconut Oil Hair Mask- Organic, unrefined, cold pressed virgin coconut oil. I'm actually super glad to see this. I've read that if you slather on coconut oil before you bleach your hair, it can prevent damage normally caused by bleach. Something about chelating. I haven't tried it yet but people on the internet say it works...
Value: $4
Also included in each box is a Yoga Sequence card. Subscribe long enough and you'll have a great collection. :)
VERDICT: I really love the products and the curation of this box! I enjoy getting full size products and I'm so pleased with the variety. Plus, it's always wonderful when there's an aromatherapy product that doesn't have lavender. So this one gets an added "Yay!" boost.
