Yogi Surprise March 2017 Review and 15% Off Coupon

YogiSurprise has been sort of a guilty pleasure for me. I don't do yoga although I think maybe I should because I need to get some good tendon stretching in. Lucky for me, with every box there's a yoga pose card with several poses on it for me to practice.

One thing that I love about YogiSurprise is that it's presentation is very good. If you wanted to gift this box to the yoga enthusiast in your life, you could do so without reservation. It's going to make any one happy!

The Cost: $44.95/month.

What You Get: You’ll receive 6 to 8 full-size products with a value of over $70, designed to nourish and support your well-being, vitality, and growth.

Jivana Ayurvedic & Yoga Body Butter- This is an oily, buttery and moisturizing heaven. It's made with cocoa butter, olive oil, sunflower oil, apricot kernel oil. shea butter, candelilla wax and some other stuff including essential oils. I always hate it when companies just say "essential oil blends." I have to avoid lavender so it's important that I know. I contacted them about it since it says it smells like citrus-mint, I'm hoping with my fingers crossed that it doesn't. This sounds amazing!
Value: $21

Andalou Naturals Coconut Firming Mask- Since the first ingredient is aloe, I'm all over this. I love aloe in my skincare. It's gently and anti-bacterial so it keeps my skin clear and soft. This mask also uses coconut derivatives which may mean you should avoid it if your skin is sensitive to coconut products (it's common). I think I'll try this tonight. It's supposed to be good for parched skin and I'm feeling extra dry lately.
Value: $21
Soulflower Boho Headband- This is a little big/loose on my tiny head but I'm going to use it anyway. I need something to keep my (slowly) growing pixie cut out of my face.
Value: $16
Ulimana Coco Nectar Truffles- Handmade truffles! They don't look very appetizing but they're made with organic cacao, organic coconut nectar, organic cacao butter, Celtic Sea Salt, organic vanilla so they sound good!
Value: $5
Rhythm Superfoods Broccoli Ranch Bites- Sooo... I love broccoli. I'll eat it in pretty much any form available. This... is weird. I don't like the coating on it. I love ranch and I love ranch and broccoli but this combo doesn't work for me. I think it's the texture. The outer coating is crunchier than the actual broccoli. And I freely admit I am a texture eater although it usually causes issues when it comes to things like yogurt and mousses. Normally I'm all over crunchy but this... The combination doesn't work for me.
Value: $4
Moon Valley Organics Muscle Rub- I've been having neck and shoulder issues for awhile now. It's related to my posture and sitting at a computer all day. I was hoping for big things from this but mainly was just a nice moisturizer. I didn't really notice anything. It's got a really thick gel-like texture and soaked in pretty well with some rubbing. It doesn't smell bad which is nice. Cayenne has some interesting properties but maybe the concentration isn't high enough for me.
Value: $12

VERDICT: I loved the variety this month! Plus these are all new-to-me brands which is fun. Moon Valley Organics is from here in Seattle which is fun. I love it when we are represented in boxes. I'm really interested in the Andalou mask and can't wait to try it. I'm still waiting to hear back about the body butter but other than that, this was a great box for me.

If you would like to sign up for YogiSurprise, you can do that here. Use code YOGILOVE for 15% off.
April's box will feature Toesox and a White Clary Sage Spray by From Molly with Love. I love Toesox!
